Free meal? Not on our watch... sorry hunnies!
HART + CO is a put your phone down and be present kind of venue.
Once you step through our pink doors, we want you to forget the outside world and simply enjoy the moment.
We feel very strongly about guests visiting with the intention to critique us — and we choose to be clear about that. It's not for us. Not the good, not the bad.
While we know this doesn't apply to everyone, we believe that some influencers actively seek out negative experiences because controversy creates traction. Bad reviews can mean more clicks, more comments, more followers. To us, this mirrors the dynamics we see in schools and workplaces, where people are picked on so someone else can feel bigger or more visible.
That's not the energy we're here for.
Instead, we rely on our genuine guests to spread the word about HART + CO.
- The ones who come back regularly.
- The ones who follow our story and grow with us.
- The ones who allow us to live out our dream of running a small, family-led business.
Rather than offering free meals in exchange for social media coverage, we quietly and anonymously donate to charities that support anti-bullying initiatives and mental health within the hospitality industry — causes that sit very close to our hearts.
We know we can't please everyone. But what we can promise is that every dish, every detail, and every decision is backed by blood, sweat, and more than a few tears to keep the heart in HART + CO beating.
We're not a big corporate brand.
We're a small, female-led family business.
We choose everything — from the recipes on your plate to the cups you drink from, the paint on the walls, and the napkins on your table. Every detail matters to us. And yes, every review does too — because this is personal.
Thank you for understanding, and for supporting spaces built on passion, not performance.
